Each time I come home from Monte Rosa, I need to give my son a warm, long hug.
I am so lucky to be able to kiss him good night, almost every evening, to cook with him or watch a movie together. Just like that. We laugh at the table, discuss the latest politics, or school results, or we argue about the famous youtubers.
When we don't feel like cooking, we go for a pizza.
We take so many things for granted.
For Monte Rosa's boys and girls it's different.
They carry such a heavy backpack of experiences at such young age. It's confronting.
